She’s known as a motor mouth and as hungry for attetion with her comments and her getting involved in dancing with the stars, and now she thinks she’ll be looking left and right to see drug cheats.  Tamsym also says that it is a “disgrace” and that lots of athletes are slipping under the radar.  Officials say she ought to focus on her performance at the olympics, despite the fact that she has every right to speak up.  But she’s not known for keeping her mouth shut.  Tamsyn seems to moan and groan a lot more than she runs.  Even other athletes have gotten sick of her in the past.  I am just about sick of her face being on screen, too.  But when you look like that I guess you might need a lot of ‘attention’ to get noticed.

More on US cyclists and the face masks

US cyclists arrived at Beijing AIRPORT with facial masks on.  A little over-the-top.  This has provoked discussion on the smog in Beijing, and many heated responses.  See for yourself:

The pollution in Beijing has been a concern for many athletes competing in the Olympic games, which begin this Friday.  So much so that roughly 6 US cyclists wore tight-fitting face masks while walking around Beijing airport.  We hear it’s because they need to take every opportunity to “protect the airways”.  Hm…. apparently they weren’y trying to make any statements.  I wonder what the Chinese think about that?  considering most athletes arrived at Beijing airport normally, would this have been slightly unnecessary?  Or perhaps even an attack directed towards Beijing and the country in general?

Amanda Beard gets naked

Whad’ya know?  Beardie gets naked again, and this tie it is for animal rights.  Or so they say.  I hear Amanda Beard is one of the sexiest athletes in th world??  I don’t think so.  With that ever-so-sultry look on her face that heavily resembles a man - we call women like this WOE-men here.

Sigh.  it’s all for the money, isn’t it?  Don’t the media fawn over so-called sexiest athletes for their own sake?  To make money by evoking curiosity and cashing in on our world’s “celebrity obsession”?  Let’s be fair, yes some of them a hot.  But Beardie clearly isn’t.  No doubt  she is an excellent swimmer, has an amazing body, but that FACE!  AHHHH.

for the money or for the animals?
